- We have a customer friendly return policy and accept returns within 3 days from the date of purchase for any reason.
- This is subject to the condition that the product should be unused, undamaged & sale-able condition and should have the barcode on the bill if not on the product.
- The Store/Kiosk reserves the right to decide whether the product has been used or damaged.
- No refunds shall be made as products can only be exchanged with one or multiple items of same or higher value.
- In case of higher value the customer will have to pay the difference amount.
Please follow care and usage instructions:
- To protect silver products, kindly avoid direct contact with water/chemical and store it in a cool/dry place when not in use.
- Avoid direct contact of body spray /perfume on jewellery .
- For utmost care please make sure that jewellery is worn last while dressing up and removed first while taking it out.
- Avoid keeping in velvet box or surface
- In case of any unexpected defects or manufacturing defects the standard warranty rule applies
- Tuan jewelry comes with a Life time warranty for polishing and stone setting (CZ & Silver). Warranty is not applicable on breakage.
- For further reference please retain the invoice/email.
